Pink Pig Farm

I'm very excited to be able to tell you about my trip to the Pink Pig Farm at Holme, North Lincolnshire.  I went with a bag of goodies to show them, and we've decided to trial some of my salt scrubs in the shop :o).  I shall be back there on Tuesday as the lady in charge is testing them out over the weekend, so..very exciting times indeedy.

Labels

Who would have thought making some labels would take so long?  I wanted to print these out rather than hand-write them as they needed to contain a lot of information.  I also wanted them on card (preferably recycled but I'm working on that!) rather than paper too.  I also wanted to get six on one sheet of A4 card so it would go through the printer and not waste a full sheet of card, and I needed printing on both sides, which meant everything had to line up!  Anyway, I've managed it after 2 days of working on them :oD.  Just need the recycled card now.

New! Bath Scrubs and Bath Melts

I finally got all the necessary things together to introduce you to my new scrummy items.  The above are Cocoa butter and Shea butter bath melts - this variety is geranium rose, and for an order already.  I shall also be doing lavender, orange & lemon, ylang ylang, patchouli and orange, or your own variation on those oils.

And these are the salt scrubs, again this is for an order (orange and lemon).  I'm not sure whether these will go on the website because the postage will be a lot more than a normal parcel...I'll have to see what I can do as they are gorgeous!  There will also be a variety of these too which will complement the sweet almond oil, sunflower oil and jojoba oil, plus for those with a more sensitive skin there is also sugar instead of salt.

Ready for the salt scrubs...

Finally got my jars from Ikea (they'd been out of stock due to a slight change to the design) so now I can make a start on my yummy salt scrubs.  I also got myself a flower ice cube tray to try with the bath melts..now I just need to find a lovely paper-y bag to supply them in as I don't like the cellophane ones.  I've also ordered more notebooks and I've got some pearl card coming tomorrow..although I haven't decided yet whether I'm actually going to have that for sale on the website.

This is a little order for someone who wanted some letters to sew onto her little boys plimsol bag for school :o)
